wild street music

Hey, happy Friday!
The multi-venue painting thing happened again today. I limited myself a bit though :) just the patio AND in the studio. And am I painting plein air, regarding the patio? No, I am actually painting the patio, as in, painting the structure. And it's looking just fine, thank you.

In the studio, I am back to the painting I showed you blocked in several days ago. We are still fondly referring to it as 'wild street music'. We've had a bit of an issue with how the store front needs to be, you'll note several attempts there. So I kind of gave up and started in on the musicians. They are a lot more fun :) It was blazing hot that day in Boulder, and somehow these musicians were calm and cool looking, but how to get all that going in front of that crazy store window yet remains to be seen. For now, this is how it is---wild street music, acrylic painting on a 30 x 40 canvas.
